General Quotation, Sales and Service Terms

Quotations and technical documents prepared by Akkuş Kalıp are valid only for the relevant customer or project unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are evaluated within the scope of the project, technical specifications, delivery schedule, payment conditions and written mutual agreement.

In custom mold, plastic injection, production and technical service processes, the project scope is determined based on technical information, drawings, samples, intended use and written approvals provided by the customer. Scope, technical specification or revision changes requested during the project may result in additional time and cost.

Delivery times may vary depending on project scope, technical approvals, raw material/equipment supply, production planning and timely provision of necessary approvals by the customer. Delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruptions, official decisions, natural disasters, labor interruptions or circumstances beyond the parties’ control may not give rise to liability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs, drawings, technical documents, production information, mold information, know-how and similar intellectual and industrial property rights prepared by Akkuş Kalıp belong to Akkuş Kalıp. Such information and documents may not be shared with third parties, reproduced or used without authorization.

The parties are obliged to keep confidential all commercial, technical and operational information obtained within the scope of the business relationship. This obligation continues even after the quotation or project process ends.

This text may be updated depending on changes in legislation, business processes and website terms of use. The updated version becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.
