We developed mold solutions for aluminum injection parts that provide high dimensional precision, durable mold structure, and continuity in serial production. In this project, our main goal was to create mold structures that maintain part form stability, adapt to production conditions, and deliver long-lasting performance.

During the mold design process, part geometry, flow balance, wall thickness, surface expectations, and production tolerances were evaluated in detail. Throughout production, the dimensional accuracy and functional conformity of the mold were supported through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing processes.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered reliable mold solutions that support the surface quality, technical accuracy, and repeatable production performance required in aluminum injection production. With the mold structures we developed, we aimed to support both production efficiency and consistent part quality.
