We developed project-specific mold solutions for medical, automotive, agricultural machinery, hydraulic-pneumatic, and industrial parts. In these projects, our main goal was to create reliable and sustainable mold structures suitable for each part’s application area, technical requirements, and production volume.

During the mold design process, part geometry, functional surfaces, connection areas, dimensional tolerances, material behavior, and serial production conditions were evaluated in detail. Throughout production, the technical accuracy and production suitability of the mold were supported through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing processes.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered customized solutions beyond standard mold production. With the custom molds we developed, we created mold infrastructures that provide precision, durability, functional conformity, and repeatable production quality.
