We developed high-precision mold solutions for saddle clamps, couplings, tees, elbows, and connection fittings used in drip irrigation systems. In this project, our main goal was to create mold structures that provide easy assembly, improve connection reliability, and maintain dimensional stability in serial production processes.

During the mold design process, part geometry, connection surfaces, thread structures, fitting areas, and operating conditions were evaluated in detail. Throughout production, the technical accuracy and functional conformity of the mold were supported through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing processes.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered durable, long-lasting, and high-volume production-ready mold solutions for fittings used in irrigation lines. With the mold structures we developed, we supported both production efficiency and consistent part quality.
