We developed high-precision mold solutions for plastic connection and auxiliary parts used in irrigation systems. In this project, our main goal was to create mold structures that provide dimensional stability, long service life, and efficient performance in serial production processes.

The mold design process was carried out in a controlled manner by considering part geometry, connection surfaces, assembly compatibility, and operating conditions. During production, we supported the technical accuracy of the mold through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing processes.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered reliable mold solutions for plastic irrigation parts that meet both functional usage expectations and high-volume production requirements.
