We developed high-precision mold solutions for connection, adapter, and distributor parts used in sprinkler irrigation systems. In this project, our main goal was to create mold structures suitable for long service life in the field, high assembly compatibility, and serial production.

The mold design process was carried out in a controlled manner by considering part geometry, connection points, flow direction structure, and operating conditions. During production, we supported the dimensional accuracy and functional conformity of the mold through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing processes.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered reliable mold solutions for plastic parts used in sprinkler systems, providing durability, repeatable quality, and suitability for high-volume production requirements.
