We produced high-precision mold solutions for plastic filter, mini filter, and filter disc parts used in filtration systems. In this project, our main goal was to create mold structures that support sealing performance, part compatibility, durable body structure, and serial production efficiency.

During the mold design process, part geometry, fitting surfaces, connection points, flow areas, and operating conditions were evaluated in detail. Throughout production, the dimensional accuracy and functional conformity of the mold were supported through CNC machining, EDM, assembly, quality control, and testing stages.

As Akkuş Kalıp, within the scope of this project, we delivered reliable mold solutions for plastic parts used in filtration systems, meeting the needs of long service life, repeatable quality, and high-volume serial production.
