CONTROLLED MOLD PRODUCTION FROM IDEA TO MASS PRODUCTION

As Akkuş Kalıp, we manage all processes in plastic and aluminum injection molds, from design to production, with engineering discipline. By evaluating product geometry, production goals, cycle performance, and quality expectations together, we develop long-lasting and reliable mold systems ready for mass production.

We carry out CNC machining, assembly, testing, and measurement processes within the same quality standard, positioning mold life, production efficiency, and part stability among the key performance criteria of our production processes. Analysis and Project Planning

Product requirements, part geometry, production quantity and technical expectations are evaluated together.

Design and Simulation

Mold design is prepared by considering flow, cooling, cavity count and maintenance access.

Mold geometry, runner system, cooling, cavity count and maintenance access are modeled to support production efficiency.

CNC and Precision Machining

Mold components are produced within dimensional tolerances through CNC machining, grinding and surface operations.

Mold components are manufactured through CNC and precision machining operations in accordance with dimensional tolerances.

Production and Mechanical Fit

Mold components, moving mechanisms and connection surfaces are checked in accordance with production standards.

The mechanical fit of mold parts, moving systems and connection surfaces is checked before assembly.

Measurement and Quality Verification

After production, dimensional tolerances, surface quality and part performance are verified in detail.
